     The Tour of Historic Homes returns on December 11th with 10 historic homes! Kick off the tour at Elkhorn Valley Museum with a Cookie & Cocoa reception from 130 – 3 , hop on North Fork Area Transit and visit 10 homes in some of the city’s oldest neighborhoods during the beautiful holiday season. Tickets are available in person at the museum or click on the button to purchase online.  Check in with our Facebook page for “Sneak Peak Sundays”.  More events throughout the evening as part of the Verges Holiday Festival.

We are closed on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Veterans receive $1 off regular admission.

The Elkhorn Valley Historical Society was founded in 1958. The members of the society believe in the value of preserving the past, the memory, and the legacy of the lives of the people of the Elkhorn Valley for future generations. Thanks to the generosity of area citizens, businesses, organizations, and grants, the Society was able to complete the construction of a beautiful museum building in 1997.
